It may be the season of eternal meetings, but for many it is also the season of pride. That's why indie developer MidBoss is running a "Season of Pride" on Steam and Twitch throughout June and July.

Through June 23, LGBTQ+ games will be on sale on Steam.

The sale includes many indie game hits such as "Gone Home," "Monster Camp," and "2064: Read Only Memories," as well as hidden gems like the elderly dating sim "Later Daters." Some are hidden gems, such as the geriatric dating sim "Later Daters". Most of these games are available at steep discounts, including 69% off Monster Prom.

In addition to this sale, MidBoss has partnered with a number of content creators on Twitch to create a schedule of "gayming" content throughout July. The lineup includes both indie games on sale and mainstream favorites, among which I found "Dragon Age 2" and "The Sims 4."

Season of Pride aims to surpass the funds raised at last year's event, with $25,000 donated to LGBTQ+ charities Trans Lifeline, Trevor Project, and GaymerX so far.

The Season of Pride sale event will run through June 23 on Steam and throughout July on Twitch.
