Fans Convinced 'Starfield' Trailer Reveals 'The Elder Scrolls 6' Locations

We've already covered some of the finer details of the teaser trailer for "Starfield," which premiered today at Microsoft and Bethesda's E3 showcase. And there are plenty of little hints in the trailer that tell us more about "Starfield," which is slated for release in November 2022.

But a sharp-eyed fan on Reddit noticed a small detail that might point to Bethesda's other upcoming RPG, "The Elder Scrolls 6."

As the pilot sits down in the trailer and begins to prepare for takeoff, your eyes may have been drawn to it as his gloved hands busily flip switches on the futuristic console. But you should have ignored all the lights and buttons and focused on the right edge of the screen, the edge of the console, just above the railing, where there is a strangely shaped scratch in the white paint under the bolt:

Now, it still doesn't look too good there, but an amateur can enlarge one frame in Photoshop and Let's see:

It's a very unusual scratch to say the least, and I can only assume that the artist involved in the modeling of the ship's console made it deliberately. But what does it look like?

Well, there is much speculation that the wound is shaped like the Iliac Bay.

Starfall? Starfield.

Well, maybe, just maybe, it all makes sense; take a look at the scratch next to the map of Iliac Bay on The Elder Scrolls unofficial wiki.

I mean ...... What a ...... You can definitely see the bay and the shape of the surrounding land is very similar. At the same time, it seems impossible. If Bethesda is trying to convey the setting of "The Elder Scrolls 6" with a spaceship scratch, everyone is fooling themselves.

But recall that in video games, things don't get scratched unless the artist scratches them, and it's a strange scratch to doodle for no reason; High Rock and Hammerfell have already been mentioned as possible settings for The Elder Scrolls 6 The Elder Scrolls 6. Maybe the scratches are telling us something.

No, it's just a scratch. Someone drew it specially. For a reason. It's a bay! Or... That's impossible. But... Maybe.

Thanks, IGN.
