The Asus TUF Gaming VG32VQ is big, fast, and currently on sale for $370.

In our search for PC gaming hardware bargains, we sometimes come across products that we have recently reviewed and given high marks. This is one of those times. Last week we praised the Asus TUF Gaming VG32VQ as "a great low-cost product that has what you need and drops the rest," and now it's available at a substantial discount.

The regular price is $439.99, but Newegg has it for $399.99. In addition to the sale price, adding the promo code 93XRF35 at checkout will save an additional $30, bringing the final price to $369.99. This is a significant discount of $70, which puts the price in line with competing products.

A quick look at Newegg shows that there are other gaming monitors with comparable specifications that sell for a bit less. On the flip side, you can spend more (much more) money on a gaming display, depending on the features and specifications you are looking for.

As for the VG32VQ, it is a 32-inch display with a curved VA panel (1800R), 2560x1440 resolution, 1ms response time (MPRT), and a fast 144Hz refresh rate. It also supports HDR visuals (although peak brightness is 400 nits), as specified by FreeSync Premium. Our reviewer noted that "everything looks punchy and vivid" on this display.

Other features include a 2W built-in speaker, 3.5mm headphone jack, two HDMI 2.0 ports, DisplayPort 1.2 input, and ergonomic adjustments (tilt and height).
