General
This new sim flying rig comes with a mini display for MS Flight Sim.

If you want to feel like you are flying a Boeing 747 or Dreamliner, you want to use yoke controls, not side sticks. Unlike Airbus, Boeing doesn't use anything like a control stick; there are several PC-compatible options, including Logitech G Cytec and Honeycomb.

The VelocityOne PC will be available "this summer" for PC and Xbox Series X/S. It is a full yoke control system with a quadruple throttle, but the yoke handle provides a slightly different flight experience than the usual joystick and throttle duo to provide a slightly different flight experience than the usual joystick and throttle duo. Nevertheless, it is quite suitable for commercial and small aircraft flights and would be a good fit for the Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Speaking of which, I believe the launch of VelocityOne will be linked to the Microsoft Flight Sim on the Xbox console, which will be released on July 27, 2021. So we should probably expect a release at that time.

The steering controls on the yoke offer a lot of functionality from what I can see. Some are necessary to control the aircraft (rudder control, brakes, etc.), but others simply make sim flight a little easier.

However, the main attraction of this particular system may come down to the flight management display, which helps you learn to fly (which is very useful) and set up in-flight systems in MS Flight Sim. It looks pretty neat, but Turtle Beach notes that some features will only be activated after launch.

It may also be especially useful for those who want to enjoy free flight with a camera view outside the cockpit.

However, the $350 price tag is not cheap. That's quite a bit more cash than a comparable Logitech G Saitek setup or an expensive Honeycomb. At least you get everything you need for serious flight sim action, and the joysticks were briefly in short supply last year, but that seems to be easing now, so it's nice to see more options available for frequent flyers.
