Rockstar Games co-founder Dan Hauser has registered what appears to be a new game development studio, a GTA Forums contributor discovered earlier this week (via VGC).

Dan Hauser, who co-founded Rockstar with his brother Sam, Terry Donovan, and Jamie King in 1998, left GTA House last March. However, on June 23, Hauser registered a new company in the UK called Absurd Ventures in Games.

This follows the registration of Absurd Ventures in Games LLC and Absurd Ventures LLC in the US in February. Some users in the aforementioned forums have speculated that this may suggest that Hauser is planning an investment business, or at least a broader range of activities outside of game development.

Whatever the case, it will be some time before it is clear what Absurd Ventures is up to. Four years later, we have not heard anything concrete about Everywhere, the ambitious new project of rock star Leslie Benzies.
