Fortnite" World Champ Buga Gets Icon Series Skin

With the Fortnite World Cup not taking place last year, you can't blame 2019 World Champ Kyle "Booga" Giersdorf for keeping himself in the limelight. This time, as part of the celebrity-filled Icons series, Buga will finally get his own Fortnite skin.

Epic unveiled Bugga's Fortnite skin on Monday, showing off the young champ's blue and black outfit.

But the most important part of Booger's Fortnite skin is a digitized version of his actual pug, Zoe, who pops out of his World Cup trophy as a bling-bling cosmetic on his back. It's so cute, it almost brings tears to my eyes.

Buga has three different outfits: one with a hat and a world champion jacket, one without the hat and jacket, and one with an electric current in his jersey.

As if that weren't enough, Bugga's two-faced pickaxe is also inscribed with the name Zoe the pug.

Buggha also got an emote based on the "homer grind" dance that he likes to dance in streams and that his family performed immediately after his World Cup win.

Epic also adds a new trio LTM called "Bugha's Late Game."

Teams will be thrown into a third storm circle with a customized loadout, where quick and ruthless eliminations and rapid building skills seem to be encouraged; if they earn at least 1,500 hype points by July 28, they can enter a one-day tournament in the same format. Players who qualify will compete against other players in their region for a share of the $100,000 prize pool.

Bugha's Fortnite Icon Series skin will drop on July 20 at 8 p.m. ET. The skin will be available in the item store and is expected to cost around 1,500-2,800 V-bucks.
