Cyber Monday is finally upon us, and HP is offering this cute mid-range gem, the Omen 15, for $899.99 at the HP Store. It's not the most luxurious or awesome gaming laptop, but it may have something to offer 1080p gamers who are willing to skimp a bit for a cheap and speedy ray-traced gaming experience.

Sure, the RTX 2060 has been overshadowed lately, but it is still a decent GPU, and when paired with a 10th generation Intel core i5, it should play right in many of today's top games. Just don't try to do too many tasks at once, as the 8GB of RAM may not hold up. [The G-Sync feature and 144Hz refresh rate may not allow you to see texture detail, but you can play with buttery smooth frames. However, if you're going to turn on RTX, I would recommend keeping the graphics on medium-high. Otherwise it might get a little choppy.

It's a bit heavy, so it might be better suited for the strong-waisted gamer, but if you take it to work (when the world resumes), you won't be told you brought a gaming laptop.
