If you're looking to buy a gaming PC on Cyber Monday but don't want to settle for a high-end rig with an RTX 3080, you can save $300 on the HP Omen RTX 2060 Gaming PC from Best Buy. This card is on the lower end of RTX GPUs, but is still fast and can finally turn on ray tracing options. Also, this Cyber Monday the price drops to $949.99.

The 2060 is an entry-level RTX GPU and may not be as flashy as Nvidia's latest generation of cards, but it remains the best way to enjoy ray tracing on a budget, at least until the 3060 arrives next year. It also features the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, one of the best CPUs in this price range and more powerful than the more expensive Intel models.

If you plan to use a 1080p display, or are willing to sacrifice some frames at 1440p, it's easy to recommend this rig. The only thing that gives me some hesitation is that the SSD is only 256GB; a 1TB HDD is also included, but it's probably not the place to put your most demanding games; with games over 100GB becoming more common, capacity will become an issue. If you don't mind upgrading later, this is a good place to start. the CPU should last forever, but next year you might want to consider a current gen GPU. the 3060 Ti is coming out along with the regular 3060, so keep an eye on that. Next year it should be much easier to find a 3080.
