Xbox Game Pass for PC will offer a variety of new games throughout January, including Control, which is already available. Perhaps the most exciting addition is the arrival of the Yakuza Remastered Collection, which will bring Yakuza 3, 4, and 5 to PC for the first time (the collection will also be available simultaneously on Steam). These games will be released on Steam on January 28.

"The Medium" will also be released on January 28, marking the first day of the subscription service. However, other titles will launch earlier: on January 21, the aforementioned "Control," "Desperados 3," and "Donut County" will be added to the service.

Just quietly, we are most excited about "Cyber Shadow," which will begin service on January 26. A gorgeous retro-inspired action-platformer with more than enough hints of Ninja Ryukenden, it is the first non-Shovel Knight game published by Yacht Club, and will also be released on Steam.

On January 29, several games will be leaving Steam: Death Gambit, Final Fantasy XV, Fishing Simworld: Pro Tour, Gris, Indivisible, Reigns: Game of Thrones and Sea Salt.

Microsoft's subscription service, which exited beta last September, is now $10 per month (or $10.95 AUD) after a long honeymoon period of $1 per month. The first month is available for $1.
