World's fastest gaming monitor on sale for $574

If you believe that there is no such thing as too high a refresh rate, the Dell Alienware 25 gaming monitor (AW2521H) is probably on your radar. If not, you should be; the AW2521H is a faster (and more fully featured) version of the AW2521HF, one of the best gaming monitors available, with a refresh rate of 360Hz instead of 240Hz.

It is also one of the few displays to support Nvidia's Reflex technology. This allows compatible gaming mice to be connected directly to the display and monitored for click-to-action latency. The only other compatible monitor currently available is the Asus ROG Swift PG259QNR, priced at $879.98 on Newegg.

The list price for the Alienware 25 is $899.99, but Dell has reduced the price to $674.99 for both its web store and Ebay account; if you go through Ebay, you save an additional $101.25. Once in your cart, Ebay will apply a 15% off coupon, bringing the checkout price down to $573.74. In other words, you save over $326 on this deal.

While the 25" Full HD display may be overpriced, it is still a significant discount from what you would normally pay for this model. It also has an IPS panel that covers 99% of the sRGB color space, a 360 Hz refresh rate, a 1 ms gray-to-gray response time, G-Sync support, and Reflex support, among other attractive features.

We have not yet reviewed this product, but our friends at Tom's Hardware were greatly impressed, stating that it "delivers the best gaming we've experienced" outside of the aforementioned PG259QN with similar specs.
