When "Fallout 4" was released, there were tons of YouTube videos showing what would happen if, say, 1000 synths faced 50 super mutant behemoths. Answering these kinds of questions is very important and the reason we play games on the PC, and it didn't take long for a game to be released that simply pitted AI hordes against each other: the Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator.

It's basically a sandbox game that creates ridiculous skirmishes. The units range from actual medieval soldiers to chickens (if you've ever played a Zelda game, you know chickens hit well). Reviews at launch were not particularly positive, but if that didn't inspire you to play this game, you might want to give it a try now.

Add "Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator" to your library now and you can keep playing forever. The promotion will run until 10:00 am PST on February 1 (5:00 am in Australia on February 2).

The free campaign coincides with impending news from UEBS developer Brilliant Game Studios. We have no idea what the announcement is, but it looks like it will be "epic," and Brilliant Game Studios will begin a live stream on Friday at 10 a.m. PST.
