Henry Cavill Teases "Secret Project" That May Involve "Mass Effect"

Renowned actor, PC gamer, and sexy system builder Henry Cavill may soon be going into space, at least virtually. Actor Henry Cavill posted an image on Instagram earlier today with the cryptic message, "Secret project. Wait and see."

But maybe not. When the image is filtered, a block of text containing multiple references to "Mass Effect" appears.

The image is very blurry, but Gamepressure has discovered that if you run it through Focus Magic and tweak the settings, you will see "Cerberus," "Tali'Zorah," "Geth," and other words that are not often seen outside of the "Mass Effect" world It is possible to extract very meaningful words that are not often seen outside of the "Mass Effect" world.

(Yes, I tried filtering it myself, but the words come out clearly, so if this is some sort of fake-out, it is really good. If you want to try it, a "Focus" filter with blur width set to 18, noise reduction set to normal, and precision set to highest will give good results).

The site also noticed that the text in the image is incomplete, but matches a paragraph in the Mass Effect 3 Wikipedia entry:

"Following the events in Tuchanka and the failed coup by Cerberus to take over the Citadel, the Shepherds have been forced to leave their Quarians offer their support to the alliance if they will help them reclaim their homeland of Rannoch from Gesh. Aided by a Quarian, either Talizora or Admiral Daroxen, Shepard rides into the Gesh dreadnought and rescues a captured Gesh unit (either Legion or a duplicate occupied by a Gesh virtual intelligence (VI)). Shepherd then locates and destroys the Reaper base in Rannoch, giving the Quarians an opportunity to attack the vulnerable Geth. However, the allied Gesh forces reveal that they intend to sacrifice themselves to upgrade the Gesh with Reaper technology. Shepherd is forced to either negotiate a cease-fire and win the support of both sides, or support one side, which results in the complete annihilation of the other.

This could mean that maybe Cavill is in line to appear in the next "Mass Effect" movie, which we know is in development, or a new spin-off series on Netflix, and we know we are watching, so Henry is entertaining his fans! It could be nothing more than a good time. I have emailed EA and BioWare to ask what is going on, but we will probably have to wait and see.
