In what wouldn't be a Warzone update without a surprise, it seems that last night's Warzone Season 2 update added more weapons to the game than originally thought. In addition to the announced FARA 83 assault rifle and LC10 SMG, three other guns have sneaked into the game, but are nowhere to be found in the loadout. [They are the CX-9 SMG, the Sykov pistol, and the RAAL MG. The full design drawings for each gun are currently available in Verdansk, but only from the loot crate. From what we know so far, these Legendary Tier blueprints are very powerful. [In particular, the CX-9 SMG has the potential to be very powerful in close to medium range fights. Here are some of the actions of this gun.

Wow, that's an impressive rate of fire. It's hard to get accurate measurements before this gun is officially available for loadout, but the CX-9 seems to chew up the enemy from full health as much as the current Metapic, the MAC-10. The blueprints available as loot depict a 50-round drum magazine. This alone is a huge advantage in Warzone's miscellaneous firefights.

As far as we know, the RAAL MG is not a pushover either. The blueprint includes a laser sight with an unusual built-in rangefinder, which will help compensate for bullet drop if you haven't learned the game yet.

We shall see if the RAAL proves to be as "overpowered" as the title of the above clip claims; the damage the RAAL inflicts is impressive, but the recoil is no joke.

And then there's the Shikov pistol. The blueprint currently found in Warzone is already a powerful killer set to full auto, but players speculate that this weapon could be wildly overpowered once it can be modified in the loadout. The pistol, which will be unlocked later, includes an Akimbo and an 80-round drum magazine that doubles to 160 rounds when dual-wielded. As you can see in the video below, that's a hell of a lot of firepower up close. For now, this configuration is only accessible in Modern Warfare's Survival mode.

If these pistols are only half as effective against armor-plated players as they are against squishy NPC mobs, I'm going to stay out of their line of fire.

Activision has a habit of hiding secret blueprints throughout Verdansk, but this is the first time an entire weapon has been introduced with only loot. This may be explained by the fact that all three weapons are unreleased leftovers from Modern Warfare. Since it is unlikely that any of the three will be available in Cold War, Raven may be trying to keep the weapon pool consistent while Cold War is still a new game on the block.

It's a big week in the world of Warzone and Black Ops - Cold War. Outbreak, an open-world zombie mode, has been released and anyone can try it out for free for a week. There is also evidence that Warzone's Verdansk map will be overrun with zombies within season 2.
