"Fortnite" Season 5 may genuinely be the wildest thing ever, even if Season 4 was a huge Marvel advertisement. The theme of "hunters" from across the multiverse coming together to fight has created a cross-franchise collaboration unlike anything I've ever seen in a game aimed primarily at kids and teenagers.

That's why I wouldn't be at all surprised if the next Fortnite's primary skins are alien xenomorphs and Ripley. Yes, the acid-blooded, chest-bursting, face-scraping xenomorph is the next skin that players can purchase in Fortnite's item store after its nemesis, the Predator. It's a small but no less threatening skin, modeled after Sigourney Weaver's long-lived character.

Check out the trailer below. Just before Ripley is bitten off, Jonesy is taking Ripley away. Jonesy appears to be carrying the case with his cat, Jonesy!

Expect lots of Alien vs. Predator memes. It can't get any worse than "Requiem".

Along with both skins, there's a healthy sprinkling of cosmetics, including bling on Jonesy's back.

There is also back bling in the form of a facehugger. You know, the creepy creature that impregnates people with alien babies.

There is also the pickaxe of the P-5000 power loader arm from the climax of "Alien," the Cheyenne Descent Boat (glider) that plummets to destruction in the same film, and the absolutely terrifying emote of a llama erupting from a character's chest.

So while there are two bundles available in the store, most of these can also be purchased a la carte.

The Ripley and Xenomorph bundle gives you both skins, Jonesy and Facehugger backblings, and the alien skin emote. Priced at 2,200 V-bucks.

The Space Gear bundle includes the Power Loader pickaxe, the Dropship Glider, and, I repeat, the absolutely mind-blowing Llama Chestburster emote. By the way, it's titled "Burst Case Scenario." This bundle is available for 1,500 V-bucks.

Individually, skins cost 1,500-1,600 V-bucks and other cosmetics cost 300-1,200 V-bucks.
