If you like Warhammer 40,000, we have a mod for you: the Unification Mod for Dawn of War: Soulstorm, a massive remaster for both the Steam and actual physical DVD versions of Dawn of War: Soulstorm! It's a new game mode, bug fixes, faction additions, and game mode additions. This unification mod adds new art and units to the 9 basic factions and 17 new factions.

While the big selling point of Unification is the new factions, realistically it will benefit from many AI improvements, significant campaign updates, and new victory conditions available in missions. Also new are the Survival, Last Stand, and Kill - Team mission types. Survival and Last Stand will be especially appealing to those who prefer RTS with PvE cooperative play.

Here are the new factions: Dark Angels, Witch Hunters, Adeptus Mechanicus Explorators, Emperor's Children, Inquisition Demon Hunters, Imperial Fists, Salamanders, Steel Legion, Harlequins, Thousand Sons, Legion of the Damned, Thirteen Company, Blood Angels, Chaos Demons, World Eaters, Black Templars, and Tyranids. Of course, more factions can be added with mods.
