Activision Removes Ice Drake Blueprints from Warzone Store

Activision has withdrawn the new "Ice Drake" blueprint for Call of Duty: Warzone thanks to a particularly egregious game-breaking bug.

The Mastercraft skin, part of the NecroKing bundle, turns the Krig 6, one of the best guns in Warzone, into a rather badass-looking dragon gun; it is one of Warzone's most expensive blueprints, and the bundle costs 2400 COD points (about 20 USD/17 pounds).

Nevertheless, it appears that the scatterbrained will not have much use for this for the foreseeable future. Players have reported that they have been unable to use the COD store since the bundle dropped, and that the weapon disappears completely when dropped into Verdansk with the Ice Drake equipped. Attachments such as the default gun barrel also cause graphical issues, such as the blue glow of the gun disappearing.

Due to various bugs, Activision has removed the gun from the Warzone store for the time being, and has posted on support Twitter, "Warzone specific issues with the NecroKing bundle when using the default barrel for the "Ice Drake" blueprint. We are aware of this. The issue has now been corrected by installing a 16.5" Ultralight Barrel." Until this issue is resolved, the bundle is temporarily removed from the Warzone store; the NecroKing bundle is still up in the Cold War store.

This is not the first mistake Activision has made this week, releasing the R1 crossbow a week earlier than expected in both Warzone and Black Ops Cold War, then quickly removing it from both games.
