A new patch for "Nioh 2" fixes crashes and various other issues from the previous update.

Earlier this month, patch 1.27 brought long-awaited mouse and keyboard support to "Nioh 2". Unfortunately, the patch caused nonstop crashes for some players, strange behavior when playing at 120 fps, and problems with text disappearing from the game's menus.

Last night, Team Ninja dropped update 1.27.1, which, according to patch notes posted on Twitter, was causing crashes even when just opening character pages or loading certain environments with DLSS enabled.

Nioh 2 is a brilliant Souls Like, a sequel that our reviewer described as "Team Ninja's evolution of what made Nioh unique into something we can call our own." Hopefully this week's patch will allow us to enjoy the game again without having to wait for it to crash.
