Apex Legends to have "tons" of Titanfall content in Season 9.

Apex Legends has been a huge success with new content, and it looks like one of the most requested features from the Apex Legends fan community will be the addition of "Titanfall."

Titanfall, Titanfall 2, and Apex Legends share a common universe, but have been kept fairly separate for the two years since Apex Legends was first released. several Respawn developers, hosted by BrownGirlGamerCode During a recent panel attended by several Respawn developers, Ashley Reed, senior writer for Apex Legends, noted that these games are very closely connected.

"What's happening in Titanfall is war," Reed said, "and Apex is what happens after the war." Reed then said that Respawn wants to integrate the world first built in "Titanfall" more thoroughly into "Apex."

A follow-up comment by another developer, however, was more definitive.

"Next season, Season 9, will see a massive return of "Titanfall" to the game in some form. So I've told some people before that if you're a 'Titanfall' fan, hang in there until Season 9," said Chad Grenier, Apex Legends game director, at the same panel.

Nevertheless, there are no plans to actually add Titans, Respawn said, reiterating a statement from several years ago.

These comments make the leaks a while back about the upcoming character Blisk, who can call up computer-controlled Titans like turrets, seem more plausible. Blisk is a character from Titanfall and is a vicious mercenary who is also the chairman of Apex Games, Apex Legends.

Thanks, Dexerto.
